It is an urban design competition that focuses on the coastal area between Izmit Bay, Salim Dervişoğlu Street and Old Gölcük Road, starting from the eastern border of Sekapark Recreation Area and extending to Naila Cafe in the south, including the existing Marina Beach, Fairground, KBB Campus.
